The Way to Stay Radiant and Healthy

A lot of people are now into ways to stay young, not thinking that it’s what’s inside that count - literally.  All those ointments, creams, and whatever that people apply to their faces are just superficial.  Even those expensive brands still need some help in order to get working properly and for a long time.  What you eat still plays a major role in what you will look like.  Anti-oxidants, enzymes, vitamins and minerals that are essential for beauty are naturally found in some food that can help lessen your expenses on beauty products.

  • Water - the best remedy of it all.  The panacea of man, water keeps your skin supple and smooth.  It helps eliminate those waste products that you get from your environment and from the food that you eat.  8-10 glasses of water can really do wonders for you.  On a diet?  Just increase your water intake to feel full.  No, you will not retain water unless you have a kidney problem.  Bear in mind that those with heart problems cannot do water-loading.
  • Seafood - the best source of zinc and copper that can give your skin and hair that youthful glow.  The essential fatty acids and Omega 3 can help protect your skin by strengthening its cell membranes and making it hold just the right amount of water to keep your skin smooth.
  • Legumes - unless you have a family that has gout or uric acid problems, lentils, beans and chickpeas will be great for you.  Containing flavonols, these excellent protein sources can help you fight inflammation naturally.  If you have problems about calcium retention, beans will help you keep them in for beans do not cause disturbance in your body’s pH level that can lead to calcium loss.

As long as you eat healthy, live healthy, you will have no need to keep on buying those creams that actually just work skin-deep and do nothing to keep you healthy and radiant!
