What do girls want on their Anniversary?

This is a common question that bothers many guys when preparing for their anniversary, whether it be a wedding anniversary or just celebrating another year of a committed relationship with the opposite sex. Is it really hard to guess or predict what a woman really wants on their anniversary or are just men too naive not to notice?

flowers

I really don’t know the answer (but I think it’d be the latter). :) Anyway, what do we, girls really want on our anniversary? I searched the Internet for some answers. Here are some of them so boys, better get a pen and paper and take down which do you think would make your girl happy on your special day.

  • There’s nothing sweeter than receiving a bouquet of flowers from the man we love.
  • Create something unique and meaningful out of love. One idea is have a plain shirt spray painted with a sweet text like I love you or you’re my life or whatever that means a lot for the both of you.
  • Prepare a candle light dinner. If your budget is tight, try to decorate your home or even your room. It’s the thought that counts. I’m sure girls would undoubtedly appreciate it.
  • Buy simple gifts that will represent the number of years that you guys have been together. If you are going to celebrate your 3rd anniversary, why not give your girl 3 simple gifts that will represent each year that you both have shared.
  • Go for an adventurous activity if your partner is the adventurous type. It could be mountain climbing, rappelling, surfing or even bungy jumping!
  • Write a short poem for your girl and read it to her after dinner.
  • Bring your girl to a memorable place, maybe the place where you both first met or to a place that she’s dreaming to go to.
  • After a nice dinner, take her to a serene place where both of you could watch the stars while taking down memory lane.
  • Surprise her with something that she hasn’t done before and what she always wanted to do.
  • Appreciate everything that she does. Show her how you see her and her efforts. Give her a simple card telling how much she means to you. That would be the most inexpensive but the most meaningful gift that you could give your girl on your anniversary.

Did I miss out something, girls? If you think I wasn’t able to mention your dream anniversary, feel free to comment below and direct your man on my blog secretly so he’ll get the idea. :)
