Lawyer claimed that Hayden was under the influence of drugs while doing those malicious acts. But this insanity claim won’t save him from the charges over the uploading on the Internet of his sex video with actress-model Katrina Halili. This is what Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez said.

I don’t know. Maybe, he thought that he’d be more popular when everyone sees his hairy body. (This is stupid. I can’t think of anything else 
b. Eric Johnson Chua
He is a good friend of Dr. Kho. They were even fraternity brothers way back when they’re both still studying in UST. But the question is, why would Eric bother to upload those videos for nothing? Maybe, he was paid 2 Million pesos to do it. Or maybe, Dr. Hayden had a thing with Eric Johnson’s girl, then releasing the videos on the Internet for revenge?
c. Vicki Belo
It could be that out of anger plus stupidity, Belo may have thought to release the videos over the Internet to ruin the reputation of the girls who had an affair with his boyfriend, Hayden.

But where is the video? I have scoured the whole Internet to find that video (not because I’m interested in seeing Vicki’s body) but to find a support for their claim that she has nothing to do with the release of the sex scandals. If Vicki and Hayden truly have a sex video and was also released publicly, then where is it? Why can’t we find it anywhere?
For me, this is a total BS. An obvious cover up. They just want people to think that Vicki and Hayden are innocent and that they were also victims here.
